Synopsis: HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN U.S. WILL TURN WINDS EASTERLY TONIGHT AND THEN SOUTHEASTERLY FOR MONDAY AND THROUGH MID- WEEK. THE SEA BREEZE CIRCULATION WILL TURN WINDS ONSHORE NEAR THE COAST EACH AFTERNOON. A SURGE IN WIND SPEED TO EXERCISE CAUTION CRITERIA IS EXPECTED TONIGHT...BUT THAT SHOULD BE THE ONLY HEADLINE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
