Synopsis: A trough of low pressure will stall over the eastern Gulf of Mexico this afternoon. This trough of low pressure will remain over the eastern Gulf of Mexico tonight and Monday. An Atlantic ridge of high pressure will build across the Southeastern United States Monday night through Tuesday night, before shifting southward down the Florida peninsula Wednesday.
