Synopsis: High pressure will keep winds and seas below headline criteria through Thursday with an onshore sea breeze developing along the coast each afternoon. A cold front will move through the coastal waters on Friday bringing increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms. High pressure will gradually build in north of the waters late in the weekend and into early next week.
