Synopsis: A high pressure cell building over the western North Atlantic will lead to freshening east to southeast breezes across Florida Keys coastal waters today. The high pressure cell will be re- inforced by mid-week, resulting in moderate to fresh east to southeast breezes persisting through at least Friday.
