Synopsis: Moderate to fresh north breezes this evening becoming northeasterly overnight. High pressure will move east from the Lower Mississippi Valley, reaching the South Carolina by tomorrow night, then east into the Western Atlantic Thursday. Thereafter, a low pressure system over Arkansas will move east and drag another cold front across the Gulf of Mexico Thursday night through Friday, reaching the Keys Coastal waters late Friday through Saturday.
